CNC FENIX grinders are the required equipment of modern iron and steel foundries.
Each casting is subject to grinding, thus the Fenix grinding machines address the needs of the foundry market. This follows from the quality requirements of the castings produced – accuracy and repeatability of grinding are particularly important, which can be ensured only by the automatically controlled grinders.

Innovation
Fenix machine is the first CNC grinding machine for casting, manufactured in Poland.
Presented at the Poznań International Fair in 2017, received the “MTP Innovations –Technologies – Machines Gold Medal”, and also won a consumer competition.

The machine is fitted with a light curtain blocking rotation of the turntable, at the moment the operator is around

About us
FENIX MACHINES sp. z o.o. was established in 2014, to design and produce numerically controlled machines for grinding of castings.
The owner of the FENIX MACHINES company is the WULKAN Iron Foundry, with a long tradition of castings production.
The use of Fenix machines in production conditions of WULKAN foundry facilitated the conduction of product development works and improvement of the further machine models.
We build machines for grinding castings in different shapes and weights. We have a highly qualified service, as well as we ensure the implementation of technological projects for grinding of castings.
We are also engaged in the design and implementation of automated production sockets with FENIX grinders and robots and machines for machining purposes.
